vaillant boiler and unvented installation, Harrogate

This was a very large installation in Harrogate. It was a larger property with multiple bathrooms, therefore creating a high demand for hot water. The existing boiler was an older Worcester combination boiler that couldn’t give the demand that was required. The solution was to replace it with a brand new high efficiency system boiler and 210 ltr unvented cylinder. In order to fit these we also had to relocate the appliances to another part of the cellar, where, firstly we had to fully clear the space of an old toilet and sink and remove a stud wall. The boiler we fitted was one of Vaillant’s eco tec 600 range which boasts an amazing 10 year warranty and the cylinder was a Gledhill stainless light which has a 25 year guarantee. For control the customer is using the Nest learning thermostat for both heating and hot water.
