So this customer could use the full space within their bathroom to its full potential we had to re new and relocate their old central heating boiler. We moved this straight up into the attic room above.
The boiler removed was an older Vaillant combination boiler, as this customer was so impressed with the reliability of it they decided to replace it with a newer Vaillant combination boiler. We installed Vaillants flagship Green IQ combination boiler together with Vaillant controls. This offers the highest level of efficiency available for both heating and hot water.
With the boiler now out of the bathroom we were able to knock out the cupboard that housed it. This opened up the bathroom and enabled us to include a walk in shower enclosure.
A traditional style bathroom with a lovely freestanding bath, sitting beautifully below the window. The sink moved to its new location in between the shower and bath and the toilet stayed where it was.
